Set of Temple Guards-Gatekeepers, Balinese Warriors

It is a Balinese custom to have Hindu temples protected by these impressive temple guards. They stand at the entrance of the temple and ensure that the evil spirits cannot enter the sanctuary. The king of temple guards is Hanuman, the Monkey warrior. These statues are of solid cast stone. Statues are very beautiful and massively finished and can therefore remain outside in all weathers.
